rising and retracting time of the Hydraulic Piston.

of viscosity.

Solidworks is utilized to develop the 3D model.

ANSYS Work Bench to calculate the stress caused by the static and
dynamic elements and check for bending.

Used Python to compute the bearing loads and choose from SKF
Bearing Catalogue.
Results

After several iterations, the manufacturing was satisfactory and
the end results matched initial expectations.

I along the manufacturing team scaled up the product to make it
suitable to accomodate and mix 1000 Liters of paint.
